Account Information: Email address and password (managed securely via Amazon Cognito).

Payment Information: Payment details are processed exclusively by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information on our servers.

Photos: Images you upload for listing generation. Photos may be stored for inventory management, photo editing, and listing thumbnails while your account is active.

Usage Data: Number of listings generated, platforms selected, and feature usage for service improvement.

What we do NOT collect: Social Security numbers, physical addresses, government IDs, or any sensitive personal identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the listing generation service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (account verification, receipts); communicate service updates and new features; enforce our Terms of Service.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We employ industry-standard security measures including: encryption at rest (AES-256) for all stored data; encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all communications; AWS WAF (Web Application Firewall) protection; AWS GuardDuty threat detection; regular security audits and monitoring.

5. Photo Handling

Photos uploaded to SellSkript are stored in encrypted Amazon S3 storage. Photos are used for generating listing content, inventory thumbnails, and photo editing features. Photos are retained while your account is active and are never shared with third parties or used for training purposes. Upon account deletion, all photos are permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Stripe — Payment processing. Handles all payment data directly.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Infrastructure hosting.

We never share your personal data with social media platforms, advertising networks, or marketing partners.

You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; opt out of marketing communications; withdraw consent at any time.

Unsubscribing from a paid plan does not delete your data — your account reverts to the free tier with your data intact.

SellSkript is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
