Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier

SellSkript offers a free tier that includes 5 listings per day at no cost. No payment information is required for the free tier, and there is nothing to refund.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier.
  • Your listing history and saved templates will be retained and accessible on the free tier (read-only).

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with SellSkript. Our refund policy is as follows:

Within the first 7 days: If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

After 7 days: No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

Renewal charges: Refunds are not issued for automatic renewal charges. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@sellskript.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of your subscription purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Service Disruptions

In the event of significant service disruptions lasting more than 48 continuous hours, we may issue prorated credits to affected paid subscribers at our discretion.
