1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SellSkript ("the Service"), operated by SellSkript LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SellSkript is an AI-powered marketplace listing generator. Users upload photos of items they wish to sell, and the Service generates SEO-optimized listing content including titles, descriptions, category suggestions, tags, and pricing recommendations for use on third-party selling platforms including eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, and Etsy.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All listings generated by SellSkript are AI-produced suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before posting it to any selling platform. SellSkript does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any generated listing. We make no representations regarding potential sales outcomes, pricing accuracy, or platform compliance of generated content.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
SellSkript offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading listings; upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service; use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API; resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos and the listings you create using the Service. SellSkript claims no rights over your content. The SellSkript name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the property of SellSkript LLC.
8. Photo Handling
Photos uploaded to SellSkript are processed for the purpose of generating listings and may be stored for use in inventory management, photo editing, and listing thumbnails while your account is active. We do not sell or share your photos with any third party. Upon account deletion, all stored photos are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
SellSkript LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
